Reception Services
At the Reception you can request room cleaning , rent safety deposit box, arrange car or bike hire, book wake-up calls, call a taxi or ask for general information on the resort. NO RESPONSIBILITY can be accepted by THE GOLDEN ODYSSEY HOTEL for any loss or theft of valuable items NOT secured in safety deposit boxes.

Restrictions

• Alcohol can only be served to a person aged 18 and over.
• Not allowed to use room towels outside of your rooms
• For Healthy and Safety reasons it is NOT ALLOWED to take any food or drinks out of the restaurant
• For Aesthetic reasons we kindly ask to not attend Dinner in shorts or sleeveless shirts
• Abuse of the “All-Inclusive” privileges may result in the privilege being withdrawn

KINDLY NOTE:
Children should be supervised at all times by an adult.
Footwear to be worn at all times around pool & park area
Only to be used plastic glasses around pool area

The all-inclusive program is valid on a daily basis from 07:00 to 23:00
The Management reserves the right to change some programmes without prior notification due to weather conditions and/or low occupancy of the Hotel. The Management reserves the right to change some programmes according to the new guidelines from the government for COVID-19
